RIDA is a quasi government department under the office of the President and Cabinet tasked with the development and maintenance of infrastructure, water supplies, roads services hire of plant and equipment and tillage services.
RIDA is committed to maintaining high levels of service excellence and to:
- Be available to clients during working hours from Monday to Friday.
- Attend to all clients who present or call at our offices.
- Be courteous always to our clients.
- Identifying ourselves always when we attend to clients.
